The Problem

AI is coming to automotive retail whether dealers are ready or not.

Salesforce just launched Agentforce — AI agents that handle sales, service, and customer inquiries without human intervention. CDK, Reynolds, and Keyloop are all building AI into their platforms.

But no one is asking dealers what they actually need.

Tech vendors push features. Consultants charge £10,000 for PowerPoint presentations. Conferences sell hope, not strategy.

No one is building AI with the people who run dealerships.

What is the AAIC?

The Automotive AI Council is a private advisory body of 15 senior dealership leaders.

We meet quarterly (in-person and virtual) to:

  • Discuss what AI actually works in automotive retail
  • Share real case studies (successes and failures)
  • Shape the future of AI tools for dealerships
  • Get early access to new AI technologies before they're public

This is not a course. This is not a mastermind. This is not a sales pitch.

This is a small group of people who run dealerships, working together to figure out how AI fits into the business — before vendors force it on us.

The Truth About AAIC

Every MD we've engaged with over the past three years poses the same questions about AI. Here's why AAIC exists.

Who's Running This?

Aryan Samnani, Founder of Harzand

I started Harzand while working at Norton Way Honda, one of the UK's leading Honda dealerships. I've spent the last 18 months building AI voice assistants specifically for automotive retail — not because I read industry reports, but because I've seen firsthand what dealers actually need.

Before launching Harzand, I worked across sales, service, and operations. I've sat in the dealership. I've taken the calls. I understand the margin pressure, the staffing challenges, and the vendor fatigue.

I started the AAIC because I kept having the same conversation with senior leaders:

"AI sounds interesting, but I don't trust vendors. And I don't know who to ask."

This council isn't another networking group. It's a private forum where MDs and GMs can speak candidly about what's working, what isn't, and where AI actually adds value — away from vendor sales pitches and consultant presentations.

If you're ready for that conversation, apply above.
